A Mission Statement
This site is devoted to the ideal that life is as sweet as the candies one consumes; to the belief that candy can elicit a variety of emotions, from wistfulness to intrigue, from heartache to joy. The stories I share here are the creative musings of a candy lover. They are not meant to be emblematic of "The Candied Life," some monolithic view of what candies must be for all; rather, they express what a candied life can be. This site is, thus, one of possibilities.
